Does anyone know if this position has a name in yoga …?

You're sitting with legs spread and the soles of your feet on the field. After pulling the body forward, keeping the legs in position. For the position to be effective, must remain the ass on the floor throughout the stretch. It's good for Stretching the hamstrings and lower back, and is particularly useful in preparation for entering the node.
