YOGA FOR THE PEOPLE is a grassroots studio in the process of becoming a non-profit organization started by Monica Mesa. We are proud to be a green studio dedicated to providing Yoga for everyone, honoring all religious faiths, and are devoted to unity in diversity, local & global activism, and taking Yoga off the mat and into the world! We are grateful for donations, wish list items, and your generous support on any level, so that we can continue to serve the community through yoga, music, art, dance, and activism.
