Class Descriptions:
  • Prana Vinyasa Flow: An organic form of Vinyasa integrating Tantra, Ayurveda & all aspects of Yoga. Creative sequencing & innovative flows awaken Shakti, energize, harmonize and empower the spirit. Inspired by Shiva Rea & the Vinyasa collective.
  • Gentle Yoga: For those healing from various physical ailments or those craving a sweet mid-day yoga sesh. Beginners welcome.
  • Astanga Community Class: For Ashtanga students familiar with the primary series. Created for students to come together and do their own practice in a group setting.
  • Yoga Baby: For post-partum parents to conect with their babies, other parents and enjoy some gentle Yoga.
  • Teen Yogini's: Designed for girls to embrace their unique selves, create healthy body acceptance and explore the magic of Yoga!
  • Yoga Kids: Nationally reknowned program that utilizes Yoga, music & creative arts to educate the whole child.
  • ChiYoga Flow: Integrating Chi Gong movement forms with heart opening Yoga postures.
  • Stiff Guys: This is a special class designed for men freaked out by yoga, super tight, may have injuries, and needing some all over body balance. (Stiff Ladies will not be turned away.)
  • Iyengar: A class focusing on alignment, technique and modifying the postures with props. Great for beginners and those with injuries.
  • Kundalini: A class specifically designed to heal, balance and strengthen the chakras and nervous system. Leave class feeling a natural high!
  • Meditative/Gentle Flow: A sweet flow style class with emphasis on breath, fluid sequencing and full spectrum embodiment.
  • African Groove Dance: Get a killer workout while learning traditional African dance moves in a mellow setting.
  • NIA: A combination of dance, martial and healing arts is explored to find joy through your own unique movement.
